分析师盈利预测偏差研究综述

摘要(Abstract)：
分析师是资本市场中的信息中介,他们的研究报告会对市场产生重要影响。国外自20世纪70年代以来已有大量学者致力于分析师行为的研究,其中分析师预测偏差是颇为引人注目的话题。我们首先归纳了国外学者提出的分析师盈利预测偏差现象,随后从分析师的经济动机(传统金融学)和认知能力(行为金融学)两大角度总结阐述导致分析师预测偏差的可能原因。最后简要概括了中国学者当前相关的研究进展,以期为今后的研究提供借鉴和帮助。
